Connecting Asterisk/CallWeaver to SoTel SIP Service

Caller-ID

First, whatever your authentication method is, you must set the Caller-ID information as follows:


; Replace 1npanxxxxxx with a valid 11-digit US number
exten => s,n,Set(CALLERID(number)=1npanxxxxxx)
exten => s,n,Set(CALLERID(name)=)

IP-Based Authentication

If we provided you with IP-based Authentication, you can use the instructions on this page about FreePBX. The configuration would look like:

Username and Password Authentication

If we provided you with a login and password, your SIP peers should look as follows:
